Help Desk Consultant (Level I & II)

Promedital is an Italian company with over 30 years of experience in developing and providing advanced software solutions for the healthcare sector. Our products — including Sixster, SUIS and EVA — support hospitals, sterilization units and surgical departments in the management, traceability and safety of medical instruments.

Role description

To expand our technical support team, we are looking for Level I and II Help Desk Consultants who will provide assistance on our software solutions. The selected candidate will offer technical support to clients (both public and private healthcare facilities), guiding them in the correct use of the applications, troubleshooting issues, and managing configurations.

Support will be provided via phone, email, and the company ticketing system.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email
  • Analyzing and resolving technical and functional issues (Level I & II)
  • Providing remote assistance to end users
  • Analyzing application logs to identify anomalies
  • Checking data consistency through SQL queries
  • Identifying potential systemic issues (network, server, database)
  • Supporting software configuration and correct usage
  • Collaborating with the development team for complex reports and escalations

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (preferably SQL Server)
  • Ability to read and write simple SQL queries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Previous experience in similar roles (preferred)
