Role description

We are seeking an Application Consultant with an engineering, management, or IT background to join our project team.

The selected candidate will be involved in configuring, implementing, and deploying our software solutions within healthcare facilities, working alongside senior colleagues and interacting directly with technical and clinical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of software projects
• Coordinating start-up activities at customer sites
• Actively participating in go-lives and training clinical and technical staff
• Gathering requirements and configuring the software solutions
• Managing day-to-day project activities and maintaining ongoing communication with clients
• Collaborating with the development team and supporting solution delivery

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Availability for national and international travel
• Familiarity with IT tools (Office, Google Suite, project management tools such as Jira or similar)
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector or previous experience in software projects is considered a plus
